Use 1–2 tsp per cup (200–250ml)

Add freshly boiled water (90–95°C)

I blended Re-New during a time when I was feeling a little under the weather, one of those lingering colds that never fully takes hold but leaves you feeling a bit off. I wanted something comforting, refreshing, and grounding.

This tea came together as a gentle companion during that time. Some of the herbs in Re-New, like sage, echinacea, and ginkgo, have a long history of traditional use in seasonal blends. While it’s not designed to treat or cure anything, it’s a lovely way to support yourself when you want to feel more balanced and steady.
