Anne-Lie North
Hi! I’m Lei - A BANT and CNHC registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with a diploma of Naturopathy and Nutritional Therapy from the Collage of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. I have a passion for helping individuals uncover the root cause of their symptoms and take back control of their health, through evidence-based research and with a deep understanding of my clients' individual experiences, values, and expectations.

My Mission:
As a dedicated Naturopathic Nutritional Practitioner, my mission is to delve beyond the surface of your health concerns and investigate the underlying factors that may be affecting your well-being. I believe in treating the whole person, not just isolated symptoms, and I am committed to understanding your unique bio-individuality to design personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans that work specifically for you.
Online and In-Person Consultations:
Wherever you are, whether in Essex, London, or worldwide (most places), my services are accessible to you. I offer flexible online consultations, making it convenient for you to embark on your wellness journey from the comfort of your own home. Additionally, for those in my local area, I'm available for in-person consultations to provide a more personalised touch.
Education:
During my studies I gained a strong background in Biochemistry and spent two years devoting of hands-on clinical practice. There I obtained valuable insights from over 250 hours of client consultations and observation. Additionally, I have invested 300 hours in attending enlightening lectures, supported by dedicated home studying, exams, and assignments.

This comprehensive training, along with an added year of specialised studies in Naturopathic Medicine focusing on medicinal mushrooms, herbal remedies, iridology, and flower remedies, enables me to offer effective solutions tailored to your unique needs.

I compete in the DTRA Flattrack Championship
I got into riding Flattrack at one of Leah Tokelove's Flattrack days at Greenfield Dirttrack in Lincolnshire 2018. But it wasn't until 2020 I started to compete.
In 2021 I got overall 5th in the Mini stock Class and also proud to day Rider of The year.
In 2022 I got overall 3rd podium in the Mini Stock Class.
We will see what 2023 will bring, but I am banking on loads of laughter and fond memories with my Flattrack Friends and Family.
