100% Organic Japanese Matcha (Camellia sinensis)

Origin: Kagoshima, Japan

Naturally contains caffeine.

May contain traces of nuts.

Sift 1–2 grams of matcha into a bowl or cup to avoid clumps.

Add a small splash of hot water (not boiling, ideally 70–80°C) and whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.

Top up with the remaining hot water (to 250ml) for a traditional matcha.

For a latte, add warm milk of your choice instead of water.

Best enjoyed fresh, whisk just before drinking.
