Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis): 55%, Honey Bush (Cyclopia intermedia): 25%, Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa): 10%, Rose Petals* (Rosa centifolia): 5%, Chamomile* (Matricaria chamomilla): 5%

• Add 1 teaspoonful per cup to fresh hot boiling water.
• Brew for 5-10 minutes.

Our products are shipped via Royal Mail, and most parcels will require a signature upon delivery.
