Golden Muse is a naturally caffeine-free blend (it does have a tiny bit if cacao kernels) designed for those moments when you want to feel steady and clear. It’s a warming cup that supports focus without overstimulation, making it a good choice when you need to get things done or simply reconnect with yourself. The gentle spices, soft sweetness and earthy ingredients come together to help you feel centred and ready to move forward, whether you’re working, creating, or taking a mindful pause.

Rooibos Organic (33.3%), ashwagandha root (20%), pumpkin, carrot, apple, turmeric, cacao kernels, cloves, orange peel, cinnamon, thistle, natural aroma, marigolds, fennel, lemongrass.
May contain traces of nuts.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup (250–300ml).
Add freshly boiled water. (90Cº)
Steep for 5–8 minutes.
Drink as is, or with a splash of milk. I can also be enjoyed cold.

Our products are shipped via Royal Mail, and most parcels will require a signature upon delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after placing your order to make a return. Golden Muse was born from my own need for a blend that could support creativity without overstimulation, something that would hold me gently through the in-between moments.

As someone who often feels everything deeply and moves between periods of high energy and quiet fatigue, I wanted a tea that could meet me where I was, helping me refocus, reconnect, and feel steady enough to create.

This isn’t just a calming tea, it’s a blend for those days when you need warmth, nourishment, and a nudge back into your creative flow.
