Decaf Sencha Kyushu

This blend offers the flavour of green tea without the buzz. It’s a gentle, lighter option for afternoons or evenings when you want something calming but not too strong. Naturally decaffeinated using the CO₂ method, this tea skips the chemicals while keeping the character. Its smooth, grassy taste makes it an ideal companion for mindful sips and quiet resets.

Use 1–2 slightly heaped teaspoons per 300ml cup
Brew with freshly boiled water cooled to 80°C
Infuse for 2–3 minutes

Tip: If you prefer a stronger cup, add up to ½–1 teaspoon extra.
Enjoy without milk.

Many decaf teas are processed using chemical solvents or bleaching agents, which can affect both flavour and integrity of the tea.
The CO₂ method is different. It uses naturally occurring carbon dioxide at high pressure to gently remove the caffeine without stripping the tea’s natural flavour.
